Once an order has entered production, amendments or cancellations may not be possible.
2. Artwork & File Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork supplied to Hex DTF is correct and suitable for printing.
We recommend supplying artwork in PNG format with a transparent background, preferably at the required print size and at 300 DPI.
Hex DTF is not responsible for errors caused by:
- Incorrect artwork supplied by the customer
- Low-resolution artwork
- Incorrect dimensions
- Missing or incorrect transparency
- Incorrect colours within the supplied artwork
- Spelling or design errors
Where artwork requires adjustment, we may contact you before production.
3. Gang Sheets
Customers are responsible for arranging artwork correctly on gang sheets unless a design or arrangement service has been purchased.
Please ensure that all artwork is positioned correctly and that adequate spacing is provided between individual designs.
Hex DTF will print artwork substantially as supplied.
Minor variations in cutting, positioning and print size may occur and are considered normal within the DTF printing process.
4. Colour Matching
DTF printing is a digital printing process and colours may vary depending on the artwork, monitor, software and printing conditions.
Colours displayed on a computer, tablet or phone screen may not accurately represent the final printed transfer.
Hex DTF cannot guarantee an exact colour match to an on-screen image, previous order or another printing process.
If an exact colour match is required, please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.
5. Print Quality & Production
Every effort is made to produce transfers to a high standard.
As DTF is a heat-transfer printing process, the final appearance and durability can be affected by:
- Garment material
- Garment colour
- Heat press type
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Pressing time
- Peeling method
- Washing and drying conditions
Customers are responsible for following the recommended application and washing instructions.
We strongly recommend testing a transfer on the intended garment before commencing a large production run.
6. Intellectual Property & Customer Artwork
Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights, permissions and licences to reproduce any artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks or other content supplied to Hex DTF.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that printing the artwork does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Hex DTF accepts no responsibility for claims arising from artwork supplied by a customer.
We reserve the right to refuse to print artwork where we reasonably believe that it infringes intellectual property rights or contains unlawful, offensive or prohibited material.
7. Artwork Storage
We may retain customer artwork and order information for the purposes of fulfilling orders, handling reprints and providing customer service.
Artwork may be deleted periodically in accordance with our data retention practices.
8. Promotional Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot normally be applied retrospectively.
