Artwork Guidelines

Supported File Formats

We accept the following file formats for DTF gang sheet orders:

EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG/JPEG, SVG, PSD (Photoshop) and AI (Adobe Illustrator).

Vector artwork is strongly recommended, as it generally produces the cleanest and sharpest print results.

PNG & JPG Requirements

Minimum resolution of 300 DPI, with PNG files supplied on a transparent background.

All artwork must be supplied at the exact required print size.

Colour Profiles – 5 Colour DTF

For our CMYK DTF printing, we recommend supplying artwork in CMYK colour mode. Artwork supplied in RGB will be converted to CMYK, which may affect the appearance of certain colours, particularly bright or neon shades.

Colours displayed on screen may differ from the final printed transfer, and exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

Artwork Sizing

All artwork must be uploaded at the exact size you require it to be printed.

What you see is what you get. We print artwork at the dimensions supplied, without automatically resizing or adjusting individual designs.

Please check all dimensions carefully before submitting your order.

Artwork Quality & Responsibility

All artwork is printed as supplied and is not quality-checked, proofed or amended prior to printing.

We do not accept responsibility for poor print results caused by low-resolution artwork, incorrect sizing, unsuitable file formats or customer-supplied design errors.

If you require assistance with artwork preparation, please seek advice before placing your order.

Minimum Line & Detail Thickness

DTF printing requires a minimum brush stroke, line or column width of 0.5mm.

Fine details, lines or elements below this thickness may not transfer, print correctly or adhere reliably to the garment.
